header question

I've got a question as far as headers go. What thes best, I've heard alot about DC Sport headers cracking and I really don't want to have to worry about that

and what diferences do 4-2-1 headers opposed to the 4-1 headers have, performance wise?

4-1 is more for top end power, 4-2-1 is more usable on the street. There were stories about the old ceramic DC headers cracking, but I have a newer one and its great. If you're really that worried, get stainless.

i was looking at the GReddy stainless , $330 at NOPI, but I think it's 4-1
I will get more opinions by the local shop boys

if all checks out good I may just get the DCsport SS 4-2-1's
thanks

Yeah only the ceramic headers had cracking problems. I think they look pretty nice, but I think I prefer the SS anyways.

I guess they maybe fixed the cracking problems.....

I only know people who've used DC Sports ceramic, other than the cracking problems they enjoyed them.

Not sure what's better for cold, but just what gets fuggered up????? I would suspect the stainless to be better for cold, but I'm not sure. I believe the stock ones are steel, just not stainless.
