Welcome to HS! Sounds like you have big plans for your car. It would help if you'd tell us how much you'd like to spend on it. Also, would you consider swapping engines? That's a good way to get a reliable, more powerful, base to start from.

You can do suspension mods.. IMO they are the best thing you can do to your car if you do it correctly..

for 3grand or so you can do a gsr swap. i'd say invest your money to go hybrid. you have a vx and that car w/ a gsr engine in it will run low 14's at the track. save another thousand dollars or so and you'll hit low 13's... how does that sound?

Suspension - You can't go wrong here. Regardless of your plans, you need something to stick you to the ground. Struts & springs should be the first addition.
Idealy you would want to "map" out your plans. Make list of sorts. List each component that you will need & the price. This will help you figure out how to get where you're going. Honestly a 1.5L with a supercharger isn't going to thrill you for long. If you really want a supercharger, look into a swap. B18B's a fairly inexpensive. Good luck with your car. Keep us posted....

sohc vtec(its a good motor and cheap to play with if not looking for extreme speeds)+ greddy kit...not a bunch of power but still gives you a lil of something and extra cash to buy suspension or body kit (i dunno if you would have enough for paint tho)
