OMG, they're so fast.....
yet they don't look like a tuner car! Grr, this sucks.
The Infiniti G35, and the Nissan 350z are so fast, they have skyline potential, yet they look so yuppy, and futuristic, and not like a tuner car, grr....whatever, i'll get over it, hehe....and go for the STi  |

Man I see an assload of 350s around here, they're all driven by guys in their late 40s who drive 5 miles under the speed limit. I see a lot of G35s too, those are all driven by high school kids with rich parents

^yeah, its sad to see a nice car go to waste
don't hate on me cause im getting a g35c, and yes my parents are somewhat "rich", but im paying for some of it i will take damn nice care of it, even better than i do now of my highlander, which is evident in the pics on my webpage (see sig) i will be taking it to college, as dumb as that sounds, but will take great care of it... getting an apartment w/ garage, car cover for when it must stay outside, nose-mask for drives home, etc... i realize there are lots of "spoiled" kids out there who dont appreciate what they have, but dont hate on people that do appreciate it and do take care of it... dont stereotype please, i am far from your average kid when it comes to car care

Not hating on anyone Highlander, it is just something I have observed. It doesn't mean that every young person is like that with their cars, and as you are paying for a chunk of it, it makes perfect sense that you would be taking good care of it.

96 civic's look WAY more like bugs than 350's or g35's
As far as they go I think the "euro guages" are a slap in the face... and the body colored interior is I like the G35 though they're nasty. and as far as either not being a tuner car... come on there's already a HUGE aftermarket for them in japan... they're tuner cars... who drove the last run 300z's.... 50 year old dudes who NEVER got on them... who's driving them now... tuners. They're expensive sports cars that come with warranties which is what a middle aged dude is concerned with... he's used to 60's-70's style power... he's not ready to drive a car like that the way it was meant to be driven.... but that don't make it not a tuner car... it's just a tuner car tuner's like us can't afford. I'm sure steve millen and jim wolf are having a BLAST with those things.

The g35/350z IS a tuners car. The g35 is being called the american skyline by many people. Try doing a search for g35/350z performance parts... they are almost done developing a tt kit for it, already have intake/exhaust/headers/brakes/suspension/etc... dont dis someone for having something you cant afford... thats really not mature, you should be happy for them

as far as not liking looks... i suggest putting a civic next to a g35 in real life, not on the internet... if you still say the civic looks better well, thats your opinion and you are entitled to it
and the looks are also functional... I did a little research and came up with a 1996 civic coupe has an aerodynamic drag coefficient of .34, whereas the g35/350z has one of .29, with ZERO LIFT, and even lower at .28 with optional aero-package...

I wasnt aiming that at anyone, just reiterating what nonovurbizniz said about that it was a tuners car, just not for the tuners that cant afford it... but hey, so is the porsche carrera gt2...

when did civics really become tuner cars, they werent really made to go fast. Its just that they are light and have a good bit of aftermarket support. but i heard a saying on www.vvti.net
