16's or 17's?
I was just wondering on my Civic 2000 EX looking into purchasing rims for the summer would i be looking to get 16's or 17's.....theres a kid in town with an older civic with 17's and i'm not sure how his wheel's turn.....his car looks like a monster truck with them on. If you leap to 17's what adjustments do you need to make.....camber kit? Lemme know....just raisin another Q?

Show = 17s
Go = 16s They will fit fine, but it looks jacked up unless you lower it at the same time. Camber kit is for camber correction if your car is lowered to the point that it can't be adjusted to factory specs.

yer depends what you want the car to do. If its just looks 17 or even 18's (18's will need arch work though). If your into performance go for 15's and 16's are for a bit of both.
Ive got 16's and they look alright, fill the arches quite well (when lowered). |

you won't have to make any adjustments until you lower your ride. |

18's fit just fine!! shoulda got 20's You need to get a lower profile tire so that it doesn't raise your car up Check out the tire spec sticky in the wheel forum for a link to a tire calculator

get 17's.
205/40-17 w/ a +43 offset at least and you are good to go. |

I am planning on lowering my car using a suspension consisting of Koni Yellows and GC coilovers
