the fastest you've racked up your mileage
i think it would be a pretty funny to see how fast some of us rack up our mileage. so far i've put on 17,845 miles on it in under 9 months. can anyone else beat that? :P

I bought mine in...98 or 99 and it had 60k on it it's got 148 now...
but I put the first 60k &(upto 120k) on it in less than 1.5 years (see explination below) I got my first car new... it had like 60k on it in 97... then I went to school in boston...commuted back and forth REGULARLY..it had 140k on it when I wrecked it on a rainy night at like 2am driving back to boston from dropping my GF (now wife) off in ct (used to drive her home so she didn't have to take a 6 oclock train... I'd get home at like 3 and go to class the next day). Even now I just drive A LOT... I like it... in H.S. I used to put like 15-30k on my car a year (15k was just driving around in circles in a 3-4 town radius, 30k was a couple years I went up to vermont or Ny/Ma. to snowboard EVERY weekend).

Sure is. I figure if I'm going to drive that much it ought to be in a fun, reliable car. I travel every weekend so most of my miles are highway miles. |
