hey pat(rick) - one thing I can't stand is redundancy. my little sidebar with my stats(??) has all that(incl. my car) in it. i don't need to floss and add 10 lines of "sig" with everything i've ever put on my car, etc.. lol i guess that's me being an MBG. thanks for the love from both of you too |

okay - 1st MBG = mean black girl.
as for my car - 4th gen lude - she's automatic though(sorry, but I had to have black and my only other choice was a red si). i was "not knowing" in the beginning. all my cars have to be black! for now, i've got headers, intake, spoon front bar(to be put on), strut bars(R/L), tokico shox, rims, red/cleared tails(to be put on)no body kit/exhaust yet. i'm very picky about the exhaust thing and everyone has done and redone the WW RS kit - so I want to be unique, you know. i like the more conservative look - especially as guys are NOT KNOWING in cali. for now, i've got my lower bar polished up - that's my only "calling card" for now. i'm looking into maybe shaving the doors(when i get up enough nerve) and maybe swapping head lights/tails once i find a good place to modify them(body pros I hope). my next mod may be to put my baby on the bottle. 75 shot only, of course. or a chip - can't decide. wanna help? i'm still debating whether i'll keep her. maybe getting into some s2000 action come september. yes, no offense, but the f&f section is a little too girly for me: who's hot? isn't that off topic anyway? |

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please keep that Crap In your own Forum!!! I'm tired of reading about Hot Asian Guys, and Which Backstreet Boy you'd like to buff, and the over active use of the word "Hot" with the lack of any other Adjectives......... ok ... back to the post at hand... Nice start, as for the Chip Vs. Nitrous Question.... I'm personally thinking Nitrous, I don't think a chip will give you 75hp gains... plus with nitrous, it's on a need to know/use basis, and you'll save engine life. Whereas the chip is constantly in and your just cruising but your a heavy foot and it's whomping gears left and right... well you get the picture... but I haven't priced chips.. so I don't have the full scope.. but In my area $890 for 75hp shot NOS installed sounds really good. As for the S2000 .... Hell ya.. if you can afford it.. get it .. As for the black Cars... they get dirty real fast plus they get hot as hell in the summer time but they look pretty sweet w/ dark tint as for MBG... isn't that a small british car.. or is that a MGB... oh well ..

4jacks i agree on the "who's hot" stuff. it's all off topic anyway. i believe the MGB is a british car. i'm the MBG.
chips are around $300-$400. i've found pricing on a nitrous setup for about $500-$600. black cars, i'll deal with the dirt. they look damn good day and night. if you keep your ride clean anyway(as a fanatic myself) then it doesn't really matter. the s2000 is a toss up among a few other rides i'm looking at, so we'll see. it depends on whether i want another bill to pay, or just be happy saving up chips, you know. |

Hi, welcome! I'm curious... you've never had N02 before... don't forget about the incovenience of power in a bottle... refilling the bottle... but it's always cool to see a member of the fairer sex that wants to make their ride faster.
are you in norcal or socal? <my two cents... get a supercharger > |

**** a supercharger, if you want real power get a turbocharger. |

but then you run closer to the ragged edge of a big explosion or meltdown under the hood... it's undeniable that turbos can and will make more power than a supacharga, but they're a can of worms...(intake and exhaust mods, hacking into the oiling system, intercooling, blah blah blah) plus... she's just a girl... JUST KIDDING!!! |

well FTL if a supercharger only cost .02, believe me, i'd have one by now. i'd rather do turbo than sc. i'm not really into getting off the line, but blowing away on the high end(sc vs. turbo). i might not even like the no2, but hell aren't we that way about all our mods anyway really? you're all hot to trot over them, but there's still something more we want afterwards? |
