First of all, you should only run a 60 shot or so on your engine. How many miles do you have on it? Get a compression check, etc. before you even think about it on a 91.
If you have lots of miles, I wouldn't spray.

I'd still get a compression check on it, but then spray away.

it's only like 62137miles on the engine. IMO it's a pretty strong engine and could handle it

2 75 shots? Hmmm. I'm guessing you mean a 2 stage system? Anyhow.
Get a compression check. If all goes well you should be set. 75 shot is the max you'll want to spray on a stock engine. No, I/H/E don't allow you to spray more. They just help in producing the end product, power. Here's the list of stuff I'd recommend for you (I really ought to add this to the FAQ since it gets asked ALOT). 1. ZEX Nitrous Kit 2. NGK V-Power copper plugs (depending on shot size 1 to 2 steps colder) 3. Nitrous Pressure gauge 4. Air/Fuel Ratio gauge 5. ZEX Purge Kit Items 3-5 are optional but HIGHLY recommended. The ZEX kit will be the easiest to install. I don't that some people think you should go witha more flexible kit. I would never recommend that to someone who has no experience with the gas. The ZEX kitt will give you 55, 65, and 75 shot sizes. More than enough to keep you amused for a while. Start with the 55 and work your way up. The ZEX stuff can be bought from www.evanshondaspecialist.com . Excellent customer service and the guys actually know what they are talking about. Something almost unheard of in most shops.

No not at all. Just requires a 'bit' more work to install. Both NOS & ZEX dry systems are good.

Depends on the shot size & your goals. Dry is good up to 75 shot. Wet you can do 75-100 (depends on the car & mods). Direct port.....mmmmmm..... Now that's the way to go. Check out the FAQ.....
