Thanks guys, as for mods right now, im just getting everything ready for the engine swap. I have quite a few other things, just haven't gotten them on due to snow. If you go to my website there's a list of things i have bought ( i know it's a little early for a website, i got bored). Adress is in my sig. The car is prety much in perfect condition, except if you look at the side view there's a little rust spot by the rear wheel, and the driver seat got eaten by a dog lol, nothing some corbeau's can't fix =). I hope to have the swap done, wheels, body kit, and paint by spring. I'll keep posted when i get more stuff done. Peace fella's, ad ladies =)
Oh and Accordman, thats a 94 civic hatch, it's my buddy's and the silver car is my eclipse (still have't sold it =\...) |

Im goin with the b16a. I was originally, but then i thought it might be to hard to do myself, so i was going to get the ZC, but after a few kids on this site convinced me (thank you) and further studying i decided it wouldn't be as hard as i thought. Me and my step father are doin it, he has an engine pulley, so it should't take long to do, but the wiring is where i might run into trouble. I have a good majoriy of the parts, i need the mounts, harness, and i am ordering the linkage tomorrow. I pretty much have the money for the engine and everything, ut i gotta wait so it doesn't clutter up the garage, because after i pull the stock engine, im gonna strip everything out and paint the engine bay. Hmmmm sorry i got into so much detail, im bored lol. Wish me luck guys. Peace

if i were you......id pick up at LEAST a chiltons Import Car manual, like $30 but a nice investment. Of course a Helms manual for your car and the donor car would be even better, but those are about $65 a piece......but they help immensely!

I got a chilton's manual, got it off ebay for $10 =)
I pretty much have the idea of how to do it, i've been studying ALOT. I'll prolly need help with a few things, but that's what hondastyle is for right? I'm sure someone on here will be able to help me =). The only thing is i heard you need to replace the MAP sensor, i never knew about that til the other day. I guess i can use one from a 90-93 integra, i'll find out tho. It's still gonna be a while, i'm gonna order EVERYTHING i need first, plus i gotta wait out the snow. My garage isn't tall enough to lift the engine, so i gotta do it outside. Thanks for the info tho, peace -Deze- |

Thats good..
the b16a is well worth it.. The ZC isnt that cool IMO, but it can handle a good amount of boost.
