Double Clutching

Ok, to settle an argument, can someone please explain what it means to double clutch and its uses??? This is a long running argument and we want some closure. Thanks guys. (And Gals)

Wow, that double-clutching thing is neat. I read the thread/article that 94_AcXoRd_EX posted and tried it out - you can really feel when you match revs right and the synchro doesn't have to do anything.

Glad you tried it out and liked it. It takes time to get good, so don't try it in heavy traffic
