How hard is it to find and switch out a manual driver seat for a 6 way power driver seat in a 2000 civic?

Your biggest issue will be is to find a seat bracket. Everything else will be a 12V power tap.....

Well, it all depends on what seat you plan on using. You have to measure it to make sure that it will fit. If you are going to use a seat from another car, then it will require some chopping and fabricating to line up the bolt holes. There is no telling how hard it would be. If have some fabrication skills, then it should be pretty simple. I had to chop my stock Integra seat brackets and sliders just to make it work on Recaro seats..... took me a whole day....
