rolling road

i shall being doing a engine swap shortly then about 4-5 months down the line going turbo. ma question is should put ma car on the rolling road when i get ma new engine in or just when i go turbo??

are you talking about a dyno?

if so, it'd be nice to do it w/ just the new engine but you'll need to do it when you go turbo to tune the setup properly.

yeah i was on about the dyno, it wouldn't hurt the engine not to go on the dyno though would it, like i mean it will be ok not to put it on the dyno, will it not?? it shouldn't blow up or out should it ??or is the dyno just to see how the engine is? and how its performing??

dynos are to see where you stand performance wise if you do a swap you don't necessarily need to dyno (only if you want to) but when you turbo then definitely dyno to make sure everything is tuned/adjusted correctly if you dyno both times you could also see how much power you gained by going turbo
