I am the luckiest kid in the world
So there I was my neons were glowing brightly up at Eisenhower, our little strip of heaven in Hanover, PA. My lights taunt a lot of people for some reason, I do have a lot of them. I drive a 95 civic ex with DOHC Vtech. I have an iceman cool air intake, 3a racing exahust, AEM cam gears and pulleys and over 1500 dollars worth of lights.) Anyway, I am sitting at the red light when what else but a WRX ( ) pulls up. My girlfriend being in the car, and me not wanting to get crapped on, I did not rev my engine as I would usually do. The driver next to me.....did. Me not one to back down, then pressed the gas, almost crying as I did. There we sat..... then, the light turned green. As I prepared myself to see nothing but white smoke in front of me, and the feeling of defeat, I was the one in front..... apparantly someone dropped their clutch, and bombed out. To my luck, a group of people in the parking lot next to the strip saw me win the race. So all in all....I am the luckiest kid in the world, because that car would have beat the hell out of me, left me in a gutter and peed on me twice. But hey.....I'll take it.

just curious but:
what kind of motor do you have? how do you spend $1500 on neons? you raced with your lights on? don't come around socal like that, you'll get shot and clowned. ...i'm not getting on you if you feel that way, i am just getting a feel for the rest of the country so to speak.

AKA typo. 1500 on not just neons. i have 4 tubes interior(30 dollars a piece), lightining wire lining throughout my whole interior and dash(50 dollars per sq foot), 5 tube underglow (one tube i put in my grille)(60 for extra tube) two sets of PIAA extreme whites (90 dollars a set). Pattern turn signals (PIAA)(90 a set). Windsheild washer LEDs(30), attenna LED(30), two indiglo honda emblems(30 each), indiglo peddles(60) and gauges(140), LED shift knob(80), Custom LED 3a racing exahaust(290), 2002 altezza tails(156 on sale), firefly strobe tire caps ($10 dollars from wal-mart per pair). All that equals about 1345, so i was a bit off. It may seem like a lot, but it really doesn't look like an over kill, everything seems to blend evenly, the inside tubes are hidden so everything is illuminated but you cant see the tubes. My friends call my car the green lantern, thats why i got the custom license plate....GRNLNTRN. :-) |

you are a liar unless you can provide pictures... the nsx engine is a RWD REAR engine.... not fwd front engine... try again on lying... not to mention a nsx engine in a 95 civic would be s0000000 much faster than a wrx.. nsx's are faster, and they weigh more

No kidding. Pictures. Hell what am I saying. There's no way you did that. The NSX engine wouldn't even fit, let alone work in your FWD car. EDIT Not to mention how you could afford it. You work at a grocery store. Unless you own the entire chain, I doubt you could fund this.

im sure the mounting was a *****! wheres the engine? in the rear of the vehicle?
and even if you DID have that engine in that car, you obviously dont know how to drive it, if your afraid of getting blown away by a WRX. heres some you must suffer from halatosis from all the sh** you talk |

Why do you need $1500 worth of Neons? Are you trying to land planes or something? Do you wake your neighbors up in the middle of the night because they think they are bring ubducted by aliens?
I though I was the only one with a NSX motor in my civic.

my theory is he's another cavalier owner just bullshiting around with a big "veetech" banner on his windshield. Its no joke, this is what kids do: my friend was telling me of this story where some kid with a cavalier was seriously boasting he had a vtec conversion done. Would never pop the hood.
Stupid kids. Its not that hard to make a beleivable lie! Look at our government! oh wait....nevermind... |
