Steering vibration

Since it seems I'm the only to post questions in these days I'll take advantage and keep asking!
My 1990 Accord vibrates (like when wheels are unbalanced) from around 110KPH (96MPH) and up to around 140 KPH(85mph).
Wheels are balanced, tires are new, joints seems be O.K since they were checked two weeks ago and one lower suspension joint was replaced. I have swaped tires(wheels) from the front to the rear and it still shakes. I even put the tires on other car (Not an Accord) and tested it and it worked fine.
Should I ask for the joints or something else to be checked again?

It was recently aligned, old tires were worn evenly. Also not to long ago I gave maintenance to the inner CV joints (cleaned them, new grease and new boots) they were checked for wear and was told that were in good shape. I can hear some noise when I hit speed bumps so I think there could be another joint or suspension bushing in bad shape but would this cause the vibration?

check your brakes? anything rubbing on the guard or the calipers might be going?
