too early to tell ?

well i noticed a big lack of power in my integra lately and i decided to do a compression check on it. here are the readings:

Cyl. #1 120psi
Cyl. #2 150psi
Cyl. #3 150psi
Cyl. #4 180psi

Background: I noticed the timing belt is loose as hell when i did the vlave lash and i could not align the signs on the cam gear for the life of me. anyway i went out and did it. Changed the plugs at the same time i did the valve lash adjustament. all of them had a tanish color on them and very slight carbon build up. Today the #1 cylinder plug had a lot of carbon buildup ( improperly tuned engine) and a tanish color on it too. So everything happened between the valve lash adjustament and now (about 2 months).

Possible Causes:
-The timing belt fucked up everything and needs to be tightened then redo the valve lash and see what happens.
-Bad head gasket (notice how identical #2 and #3 cylinders are in readings).
-Bad motor. get rid of it and pimp out the accord again which reads 190psi across all the 4 cylinders.

Ideas and condolences please post here

Man thats a pretty good size gap in numbers youve got there. Though Ive seen much much worse...

I think Id give fixing it another shot..whatve you got to lose. Just go for a redo and see if the #'s change and stay consistant.

Ive heard that you can add some oil to each cyl to check for bad piston rings - table spoon worth. Dont ask me for details...Ive never done it

well i looked at it today and found out that the timing belt needs replacing. it is a bit too stretched out but noting to worry about. i didn't do the compression check since i got pissed at the cold weatehr outside and the darkness in my garage, andafter i forgot my feeler gauge in the engine (lmao). oh well will see later on what's going on. in about 1-2 hours i will go out and check the ignition timing too.
