Header for D-series engine
I was wondering if there are any aftermarket headers for a D-series engine for EK hatchbacks or if an EX header would fit...

I am selling a lightspeed ceramic header off of a D16Z6 motor. We put it on my friends non vtec D16 CRX without a problem. The mounting surface of the header is the same on D16 motors, the only difference is the internals of the head.

How much are you planning to spend on your headers? This is what I recommend. Instead of wasting your money on headers, cold intake, and ets.... Which really don't give you that much horsepower... You should save that money and get yourself a greddy turbo kit. You can probably get one for $1400. or even cheaper. With the kit you'll be able to smoke GSR's, SI's and Preludes. If you get headers and the simple bolt on's. It will cost you around the same money anyways, only that you'll get smoked by Si's, GSR's, And Preludes. Juss a thought.....

ive beaten supercharged civic si's and such... how fast r u running with that kit? dont make him think the greddy ex turbo kit is a god sent.. its a great starting step, and i also reccomend it, but he's not gonna run mid 14's..... yet

Thats what i mean, Superchargers suck.... I've smoked Preludes with just the Greddy kit, no cat, and exhaust. Currently, I have Fully built 1.8 SOHC. JE pistons, Srp pistons, balanced, honed, blue printed by JG. Im in need of a bigger turbo.
