When i shift from 1st to 2nd I hear a slight click sound sometimes. No grinding but just a click. I do not hear it from the other gears and I don't hear it when downshifting from 3rd to 2nd. It does it a little more when the car is cold. It does not always do it but I am just wondering if this is normal. Thanks.

my car does that also, if the car has been driven for 5 years and with no other tranny problems it may not be a biggy. they may have been off by a hundreth of an inch when making a part of the tranny for that shift. <---shot in the dark
