nissan 240sx toyota mr2 nissan sentra.

depends on how much your willing to spend.

get 240 cheap. and they are a bad ass car. espically with a sr20det swap. my friends got on in the progress of that. bought car for 3K and motor tranny for 4.5-5K.

it all depends on how much work you are willing to do. Any car can be had for cheap if its in less than stellar condition. Older mazdas (I'm thinking MX3) are nice if you can find them. I love seeing 240sx's on the road, as was mentioned above. Older toyotas are nice, specifically an older supra or celica.

The problem with older imports is that parts are not as widely available as, say a 92-95 civic. If you can stay above the 90s, you'll be in better shape.

Welcome to HS glad to have you aboard...Few choices would be as follows:
240's
celicas
supras
mx3
miata
mr2
vw's
Just depends on what your price range is and what you want to do w/ the car you get....good luck on your choice..

yea I was about to say best bang for your buck, course it depends on year of car, mileage, condition, how fast and where your spending limit is. If you're not looking to spend much and want a real tuner car. I'd say check out the older mr2 like someone said above or if you want a little more speed the a 91-94 I think is the years, awd turbo eagle talon. DSM cars take well to mods and they're fairly easy to upgrade/work on. They are pretty cheap to buy and build so that might be an option for you. If you're looking to spend money in the higher range try a 91 turbo mr2, some bmws but watch out for the pricey parts, maxima kicks ass stock but you'll pay a lil more for it. There's a lot of nice cars to choose from I'd suggest reading up and check ebay for one certain car you like. It's really personal preference as to what you choose so good luck. Hope this helped.
