Cross members, lower control arm, ball joints ??? wtf ?

i installed my suspension a while ago, and while i was at it i replaced the lower balljoint (it was loose as hell). now two months later i have the same problem. the lower balljoint arm has a lot of play and when i go over bumps the car makes some noises like it's coming apart. i tried last night to see wassup and i noticed tha balljoint is going again, tha car moves like jell-o, whn i push it to the side. the first problem i noticed was tha alignament of the dumper fork with the control arm ( it took some muscle and not so mch brain to do it) so i am suspecting the aram to be twisted. any other ideas ?

it's in the steering knuckle, and i don't feel like loosing the car in a stright line only when going in turns. it feels like it's gonna fly away from the asphalt.
