venom

does anyone have any experiance with a venom d-400 control module? is it worth the 300 dollar price tag?

I was interested in it a while ago as well. If you have a DX or LX, it removes the 115 mph speed governor. As for it actually making more power or helping the auto tranny bang off crisper shifts, I don't remember it being of much help. I don't have firsthand experience though. Good luck.

what does it do ? I heard that it tricks the ecu so it belives the trottle is opened more. The same results are achieved with a slighter press of the gas pedal. This one was a huge topic on ph a long time ago.

if the engine is near stock and i mean just having I/H/E is not enuf.... usually going turbo or ever a charger is when you see the biggest difference... so in my opinion.. i dont think its worht it unless you have the guts to support it....

its like saying you have a Porche shell but you have a civic engine .... you wont have the pull of a porche.... so no point chaging the shell rite???
i dunno... maybe i didnt explian myself well... oh well... thats what happens when you get no sleep... LOL
