What to buy ... help!!

Ok..i'm a newbie at this..i just want my car to be a bit more stronger..well anyway..i'm getting like 400 bucks next week and was wondering what to get to boost up my horsepower or torque or whatever just to get my car running faster. I was thinking of getting the DC Sport Header..oh by the way..i drive a 97 Honda Accord LX (POS) stock except for an INJEN CAI. Other choices were changing timing belt and getting AEM True Pulley, umm Nology wire set with NGK Spark plug..well i have a stock distributor..so that doesn't work well...so what are my other choices? catback system? too much money and beside i'm following the I/H/E steps..so getting the header first then the exhaust. Well anyway..tell me what i should get to get the best gain for the bucks. Thanks guy

probably the header for that amount of $. IMO

get a lightened flywheel for 230 shipped and find someone that will put it in cheap....i'm happy with the gains
