Code
alright i used the CHECKING CEL pin up on here..thank god that was helpful!
it gave me code 61...(6 long flashes followed by one short one) it means: Oxygen Sensor, Heated - Sensor 1 (Primary) high voltage, low voltage, or slow response so is that saying that my oxygen is too hot? or what exactly does this mean? you think i should be fine to drive it (1800miles) or should I have this looked at AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?! thanks Kyle |

does the light come on every time you drive? or only once in a while, cause if its kinda random, it could have just gotten a bad reading once and inothing to be too worried about.
im not too sure about obd2 cars(yours) and how much the o2 sensors effect driving, but i know that i could get away with running on a bad o2 sensor on my car for a little while edit> this is car related, im moving it to the prelude section.

well if the car gets that code it means that there is either a poor connection or a bad o2 sensor. without the o2 sensor the car will default to the maps in the ecu.

if it doesn't show then take it an auto parts store, more than likely they will do a free diagnostics check for you
