Good tires to replace stock 6th gen Accord sedan?
Looks like Tirerack doesn't have a lot of nice looking tires for my car. The 195/65/15 type. I don't mean nice looking as in look nice, I mean as in decent tread wear, decent performance, and good reviews.....
So who makes a good tire to replace stock? I've heard some good comments about some of the Falkens, but I'm not too familiar with them. I also find it odd that Tirerack doesn't stock Falkens. And can I go up to a 205/60/15 on the stock steelies? If I were to get alloys from an EX or SE would they support the 205's? I have no clue what width they are.....so I'm not sure. b |

I've got Michelin MXV4's, and I really can't say I care for them a lot. A guy at work had some on his older Audi, he has the same complaints I do....he got some Dunlop Sport something or other and has liked them so far, but he's only had them for a couple of months now. He said there were good reviews of the tires....but I'll need to look more into it.
So as for the Michelins and Pirellis, any recommendations on models? Any idea whether the stock steelies will hold a 205/60? b |
