You ought to ask this in the Turbo forum.

One of the OT mods will likely move this for you.

700 is just the turbo, you'd need ALOT more stuff, a turbo kit would not only give you a NEW trubo, but everything else you need too

The 2.2 can actually be modded fairly well. It is the same motor found in the chargers and i have seen them over 250 hp stock. The only weak point of the motor is the headgasket. Stock they are made of cork but they han be upgraded through mopar performance to a high performance one. For a while around my neck of the woods there was an 11 second dodge omni.

Did you mean $700 for the car or just the turbo? If it's just for the turbo that is waaaayyyyyy too expensive! I think that those cars have either the 14b or the T25.... I cant remember. Those turbos are small yet capable of pushing around 14 psi max. Anyway, if you just want the turbo, you can get the same turbo and reconditioned for about $200 at www.cheapturbos.com or from the junkyard for about $75 if you pull it out yourself. I would get a T3 if I was you........
