distributor help please!

If you know anything on a tec distributor that goes to a 96 honda accord lx f22b2 engine, please help. I need to know after you take off the cap, rotor, and the black cover piece, theres a metal plate with 3 screws, when i take off the 3 screws i try to pry it off but will not budge. behind the metal plate is a black box with a yellow and black wire connected to it, is that the internal ignition coil? My manual does not cover this distributor.

where is that coil at in the distributor? is it the black box in the back of it that has the black and yellow wire going to it? heres the reply from accel, That kit is a remote coil mounting kit. You'll have to run a RPM signal wire to the (-) coil lead and a +12 wire to the coil. what ever that means.
