93 civic overheats

My friend has a 93 civic and his engine keeps overheating in about 5 minutes. He has replaced the radiator, water hoes, and thermostat. He's stumped and doesn' t know what is wrong with it. Put up what you think may be wrong with it.

How does the oil look? Any milky gunk under the valve cover?

Hey dear Have you checked the transmission fluid level or condition of it. A low level will cause it to overheat.White smoke in profusion is indicative of a bad head gasket. But some white is just moisture in the air.
