Any recommendations on doing head rests? And In the 1993 civic's I don't like the center council. Will the center council out of a lets say 1998 civic fit in?

they're not the same...
but what you can do is do a custom fibreglass casing fot eh center.... a little bit of work but in the end it pays off...
