cheap tachs vs expensive tachs?

are cheap tach's under $70 like this one:



just as good as the $200 tachs?

or just way too crappy?

general rule of thumb w/ car parts...the expensive ones work and back it up...where the cheap ones...dont

COME ON you don't always have to get screwed...

go with a reputable brand and you should be fine...

I wouldn't go to AutoZone or pepboys and pick one up unless it was an emergency or something though...

depending on size and model you shouldn't be paying 200 bucks for a tach... or any guage...

unless you want one of those [sarcasm]HOT[/sarcasm} 8" bad boys with the shift light Y0!
