protect amp light
Hey guys. i got a sub and amp for christmas. iv installed it it worked for a little while then it just stopped. Now when i turn my car on my amp (instead of showing the green power light) its showing me the protect light (red).
Iv tried everything. rewired my whole sterio and amp. made sure im not getting any short circuts and it is still showing me the light. any ideas. please iv run out of options..thanks

its probably your ground wire. make sure that it is making exellent contact. if not check the fuses.

u prolly either have a blown fuse...or ur amp is toast allrdy..which would be weirdd...

if you know anyone that has a 12v bench power supply, you can eliminate the car as a problem. If it works, you know you have a wiring or fuse problem in the car.
