Yes, if you add a fuel rail and a fuel pressure regulator you will get more flow through the stock injectors. A fuel rail alone will give smoother flow, but without a fuel pressure riser it won't flow anymore the before. Spend the extra 50-60$ to get a B&M fuel flow modifier.
