What does Folding@Home do?
Folding@Home is a distributed computing project which studies protein folding, misfolding, aggregation, and related diseases. We use novel computational methods and large scale distributed computing, to simulate timescales thousands to millions of times longer than previously acheived. This has allowed us to simulate folding for the first time, and to now direct our approach to examine folding related disease.

I just started late last week. Its for a good cause. It doesn't suck up CPU power. You can run it while playing games, surfing etc. It basically runs with a low priority so it only gets the leftovers. Of course if you're not doing anything, it will grab all the cpu power it can.
Anyhow, I fold for Team #32 which is
www.overclockers.com. #1260 on my team in just a matter of days, #56221 overall.
My Stats
So if you fold, what's you stats? If you don't fold, what are you waiting for? This a very worthy cause and it doesn't kill your CPU (like I said).
