I'd have to agree with Rob that is definitely is how a woman/slut conducts herself. Like take me for an example....sure I meet guys that I wouldnt mind sleeping with, but I respect myself way too much to just jump in bed with them. Take Cindy, the town whore, for example....she wouldn't mind sleeping with some of the guys she meets either...but she actually does jump into bed with them right away. But yes women can tell who they are sexually attracted to rather quickly and can make that call. Guys are also capable of doing this...but they know within 5 mins that they'd sleep with any woman that comes along.
