I saw a guy throw his girl from the back of his bike in Atlanta one day. I was chillin on a patio next to an intersection when a guy pulled up to a light on a bike, with chick on back seat. Another guy pulled up on a bike too....not sure if they were together. They both started revving and stuff, then took off on green.....the dude drug his girl for a good 50 feet while she was holding on screaming the whole time.....needless to say, he got chewed out a bunch.
I didn't see if he was wearing that shirt, though.
