the sirens definitely should have been on....especailly if they were going that fast and going through a red light. I think that if they are planning on driving that fast they should always have their lights and sirens on. I can completely understand where you're coming from on this...I can't stand how cops can be above the law and everyone else has to follow. We sorta are like kids...we need role models and they aren't being them.

BUT I can completely relate to where 4thgen is coming from. Either way this is a no win situation. They were trying to go after a serial killer...but in the same breath they were endangering others lives by their wreckless driving (ie-not having their sirens on)
