eggs, chicken anything with protein is really good for building muscles.

as for supplements..I dunno...I'm always sketchy about those because 5-10 years down the road, it comes out that by taking "Ipto muscle carbonated x 3 juice" makes your d*ck decrease in size and your voice high pitch or something like that.
