		Once again I come to seek the wise counsel of the HS board monkeys.  Here the situation.  I started lifting weights about a year ago, 3 times a week.  After the first few month I noticed obvious results.  Since then I hadn't gained any mass.  I've been lifting more weights than before but the increase in weights I have now is nowhere near my weekly increases a year ago.
