Yes and no. Get a really cheap charger (like the one on that page) and a cheap 6 cell (since all you'll be doing is running the ez-start system.
I like pro-line CA glue, medium is probably good to start with.
I think I have a Duratrax fuel bottle.
Make sure to get 20% Traxxas top fuel IMO, not the 10% that was listed on that page.
Now IMO, the T-maxx is the best
for the money, and the new engine should do about 40mph. That should keep you busy for awhile
