I didn't think you were talking about me You're not the only one that feels that way. I totally agree I know my stuff at my job. BUT, where I work there are a lot of other people that don't know their asses from the hole in the phone that they're talking into and that just makes more work for me when they mess up. That job is really not the easiest job in the world to get as it does require a certain level of knowledge and sometimes I wonder how people got their jobs there. One time called 411 and asked to be connected to the train station. They connected me to a hotel. I call back and say that I'm NOT paying for this call as I wasn't put through to the right number and please connect me to the train station. She was all like "Ok." and then she HANGS UP on me. Needless to say, when I called back the next time, I think everyone on the train thought I was nuts.
