thanks guys my shoes are coming in tomorrow, i'm getting a pair of new balance 854. So i'm gonna be going out thursday night for a run, i'm just heading out now for a ride so maybe i'll keep tomorrows run short like 5miles.

Erin thanks for the advice, i'm lean so i'd say my weight is in my legs and butt (thats from all the riding) i have low body fat @10% so i hope i'm all good.

Dude maybe i'll work up to the 10miles a night how long does that take you though?

other then the burning fat side to runningi'm getting into it because there are so many chicks that run and not enough that ride. If you can't beat em join em
