niether of those companies was lying to you when they said the 2dr exaust would fit the 4dr... because the stock exhaust is the same on either body style
honda did this so they would only have to produce one exhaust system that would fit all of their cars
the fact of the matter is that the thermal exhaust did not fit either a two door or a four door... like i said, it is now on my friends coupe and he had the same prob i did
i don't know about other brands though
ok, so you NEED a new exhaust... i aggree
that is why i got a new one as well
but the thermal exhaust is just as loud as your car is right now but it just sounds good instead or like a backfiring lawnmower
i know how retarded a civic sounds with a messed up exhaust because that's the way mine was
if you really want to get a "performance" exhaust this is what i would do
buy the mid section from car-x or midas or something
i think it would cost you about $150 and it would deffinately FIT your car
then buy just the rear section for the thermal or the ws exhaust and put that right up to the mid section you got from midas
because the rear section of the thermal was exactly the same dimensions as my stock muffler
then, if it's too loud for you, you will only have to get rid of the rear section and not an entire exhaust... you could sell it on ebay and not lose much
anyway
