You can get the bars seperately. I dont think I would upgrade the stock front swaybar. What size is your stock front bar now, Do you know? If its about the over 20mm, I wouldnt even mess with it. You should be fine. Id just replace the front swaybar bushings and leave it alone. Suspension Techniques bars arent bad, they dont have the greatest mounting setup, like 97CivicFerio but they work just fine. I would do some homework before buying one and see what else is out there. Check out Progress, Eibach, and Nuespeed also. I dont know if they make them for your car, but they are also well worth looking into.
