I'm not a sound sytem expert, but it seems that you want better sound from your car. Start by replacing the deck with something nicer. Sound systems are expensive, so if you don't have the cash to do everything at once, either start with a new deck, or new speakers. Factory speakers are "decent", but they don't even compare to nice aftermarket models.
