One's pants may be worn no lower than five inches below the waist. ~~~The punk a$$ kids around York would be screwed if this law was for York! This is an acutal law in a city in PA.

Apparently in Allentown PA they had a big problem with this offending people~~~There is a ban on men becoming aroused in public.

I think lawmakers just make up laws so people like us can laugh at them....and wonder how cops and courts enforce them.
