Thats what I am sayin' I mean come on get real, if you are not building muscle than either A: You are not doing the exercizes right. Or B: you need to add more weight and Reps. It really isn't that hard, if you want it bad enough you will do it right, not take the easy way out. Like me , I have been working out for 2 months now and I can see a little bit of difference, but I also know that to achive the body I want I have to work hard and be consistant.
