Well...nevermind. I called Time Warner and told the guy what I had...he was clueless. He asked for the serial number and said "0h NoZ!!1! Teh Numar is t00 1ong. It wI11 nevar work!". Apparently they don't support the box through software so I'm s.o.l. They're brining another box tomorrow with my router.
