Man...that sucks. I used to think I had shitty neighbors. Haha. About 8 years ago when I did my first engine swap (dropped a 302 into my brother's '77 Maverick), we finally got the thing to run at around 11pm and it was LOUD. The thing didn't even have headers. No cops. A few years later I swapped a cam into my old motor for the first time. It was around 8-9pm when I finished up, but if you've never broken in a flat tappet cam, you have to run the engine around 2000rpm for about 20 minutes. Keep in mind that my car was obnoxiously loud at the time...Flowmaster single chamber mufflers. Still no cops. So in hindsight, maybe I shouldn't hate my neighbors so much.
