Actually, UPS does blow a lot of dick.
Example: The company I work for makes Bus doors and the actuators that open and close them. Now, they require that there are at least 3 sheets of bubble wrap on each side of the door, or if there is damage they asume NO responsibility for said damage. Now, about 3 months ago before they required bubble wrap we shipped 1 door that was boxed and loaded at our factory and left perfectly fine heading for KS. about 2 weeks later we get a call from our customer stating and I quote
"Hey guys, the door you sent us will be coming back because we refused delivery because of DoD (damaged on delivery). Just wanted to let you guys know so you have the heads up. Oh, and your gonna love the damages."
Then, it takes another 2 mos before we get it back to the plant to see it.
When the door did finally arrive to us it showed up looking A LOT like this boomerrang.
Then when the dumb fuck UPS claims guy showed up he informed me that the claim will "Almost certainly" be denied because of missing bubblewrap. Needless to say he had to come back to see what the owner's of the company had to say.
