Congratulations to me

Well, my diet has been working. A few weeks ago I got kinda sick and wasn't able to workout or really eat well, dropped like 10 pounds to right under 140 (fuckin little, I know)... after I got better I started hitting the gym again and got back on my diet and I weighed myself today at the gym to the tune of 148.5lbs. Not bad to gain back 10 pounds in 3 weeks and maintain a bodyfat of under 8%. Nobody probably cares, but posting it makes it feel like an accomplishment and is motivation to continue. Hopefully I can get up to 160 before going to the beaches of Greece for a few weeks this summer.
