i'd also suggest changing the 440's to 550's just to be safe and sure... gives you more flexibility with tuning and you won't be maxing out the injector duty cycle.
9:1 compression, bigger turbo (t3/T4 50 trim), tuning = 250 no problem...
PSI is no relative to HP due to the fact that turbo's are different and so are engines. Ideally the common rule of thumb is 10 hp per 1 psi, but with more efficient turbos and better tuning methods nowadays, that really goes out the window.
Blockguard isn't really necessary, plus I hear that have some cooling problems. Don't know for sure on that one.
While your at it, replace the timing belt and use ARP headstuds and rod bolts. Again, better safe than sorry.
