ehh i found an easier way

just create a new tex file and save it with the htm extension, open the file and put this stuff in it:

< embed width="1000" height="700" src="http://t2.technion.ac.il/~snoom/hand.swf" border="1">

and save it, then open your display properties and enable web content on your desktop. then just maximize the window
