Need to get in shape.
So I'm horribly out of shape, can run like 10 feet before getting winded heh. Not overweight, quite a bit underweight in fact, fast metabolism and i smoke. Anyways I need to get in shape before the end of this school semester, what do you guys recommend for a daily workout and as far as dietary concerns (at least those of you actually in shape  )?
